Very good if you need to be near the train or airport

Good location near the airport. The breakfast staff was very good. We showed up here @ 6am , wayyyyy before checkin And they allowed us to shower and rest in a different room until our family room was ready. Very thankful for that.

Wonderful

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and loved the staff! I spent a week in Thailand with my family, and this hotel gave me a wonderful feeling. Here are a few things I loved about it: 1. Wonderful location: The hotel is in a great location. You can easily get to the airport, downtown, or shopping malls by metro, which helps to avoid traffic. 2. Cool staff: I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I was able to chat with the front desk staff, and they were all very kind. I even talked to the male front desk manager, who spoke excellent English. He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. 3. Spacious rooms: The rooms were a good size with large balconies. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel!

Perfect hotel near Suvarnabhumi Airport!

The quiet area. The staff. Big rooms. Nice seats on the balcony. And really close to the airport. Only 4 min from Hua Mak station. You can easily walk from the station.

The pool is in the shade. There are only a few chairs in the sun in the morning. The rest of the day the pool there is nu sun.

Promising, but disappointing

Service was good. The room was great and very clean.

Pool was very, very cold. Location is far off (count 1h minimum with public transportation, and 20min with motorbike, to reach the city centre). Drivers struggled finding the place. Food is ok-ish, especially for the price (in comparison to Thailand, obv.) Sent my shirt to the laundry, specified twice that it shouldn’t be ironed, and it was ironed anyway, so my COS pleated shirt looks totally worn out. Got food poisoning from their burger - had to cancel my day trip the next day (no refund). When i wrote their manager on how they could compensate those 2 last incidents, I haven't received any answers until I settled my bill before leaving, and they offered me -20% on my next order at the restaurant... (while i was leaving!), and the 4€ laundry, but that was all it. I'm ok with mistakes. We're all humans. What makes the difference is how it is being fixed. And obviously, they didn't care much. Very disappointing.

Good access to train, nice pool, gym was basic but ok, breakfast had the basics. Very nice staff.

The room was old and worn, needs a little maintenance, had stains on the furniture.

it was really nice i could spend the whole day in here just by myself

there isnt any nearby food places/convenient stores nearest is a 15 mins walk and to get to the main area is like 30 min taxi

Good breakfast. Great view. Good cocktails.

Food was not that nice from the restaurant at certian times that we ordered for dinner. The room we were in , the water ran very very slow for the bath tub.

Good location, stuff, pool but not that "luxury" as looks on the pictures

Working well for short overnight on BKK flight, convinient location steps from the metro station, quiet part of city. Nice swimming pool and friendly stuff.

In overall, pictures on the web are far more "luxury" than what you get. From the pictures, you get an impression that rooms are facing the pool, however, the basic "studio Hollywod", described as "garden view" is actually located in annex building, overlooking the parking lot and opposite building. Most of equipment is dated, with some stains on the sofa etc. Main issue for me was a bed with springs was very uncomfortable for me, I did not have a good sleep and poor aircondition did not provide the best comfort. Not a single piece of cutlery in the kittchen (looks like you have a full kitchen but there are just two glasses and cups). Lack of sunbeds by the pool, when I come at 4PM to the pool, all beds were occupied. Main entrance to the building had few steps, that were covered on one side with large piece of metal ramp. As this is apparently a "long term / temporary " solution, that piece of metal is very noisy anytime someone walks on that, making a noise for most of the building.

Fabulous ambience.

The breakfast spread was sumptuous and elaborate. The ambience was relaxed and the wonderful staff were always available and smiling with prompt service.

Communication was difficult as language was a huge barrier. English is difficult to follow for the locals.
